This bookmarklet will take you to the 'My Yahoo' Personal Homepage, placing the current hour in the url to bring up the proper TV guide listing.

Instructions

Drag the link above to your Bookmarks Toolbar in Firefox

Or if you're using either of the del.icio.us firefox extensions...

• right click and choose 'bookmark this link...'
• add the tag firefox:toolbar

Then it will appear on your toolbar when you have the firefox:toolbar view selected.

 

Note

Yahoo has a new over ajaxified tv listings page that does load the correct time, but it's painfully slow and annoying because it lists all channels, but doesn't load them until you scroll down.
Even with Cable, or DSL, it's painfully slow!

This bookmarklet will only work if you have a yahoo account, and have the TV listings module added to it.
I'm assuming the module can't be added anymore. Maybe it can, but I'll assume it can't be edited because when I click 'Edit Content' (which used to allow selecting of provider and channels) it sends me to the annoying new listings page.
